As active participants with common interests in the Arctic region, China and South Korea enjoy bright prospects for cooperation in the Arctic economy. South Korea proposed ‘New Northern Policy’ on the Arctic development while China put forward ‘Polar Silk Road’ initiative to participate in the Arctic Affairs.
