陈奕彤
【学术简历】
陈奕彤，山东青岛人，主要从事国际公法、海洋法、南ued登录页面法律与政策研究。
2009、2011、2014年，分别获中国海洋大学法学学士、法学硕士（国际法学方向）、法学博士（国际环境法方向）学位。美国Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University联合培养博士生（2011.9-2012.9, supervised by Richard L. Ottinger）。博士论文《国际环境法的遵守研究——以ued登录页面环境治理为分析对象》盲评全A，获中国海洋大学优秀博士论文奖，刘惠荣教授指导。
【工作经历】
博士毕业后赴上海交通大学凯原法学院ued登录地址与深海发展战略研究中心，在傅崐成教授团队从事国际海洋法方向全职科研工作，2017年调回海大任教。
【学术兼职】
2014年5月起，担任国际学术组织“ued登录页面大学联盟”管理者委员会理事（Board of Governors, UArctic）
